Overview
Occasionally, FaxMaker saves incomplete faxes in folders, emails, or EHRs (Electronic Health Records Software). For example, the transmission report indicates that you received an eight-page fax. However, the file only shows four pages.
You may want to understand this FaxMaker's behavior, how to fix it, and if you could reject such faxes completely, instead of saving partial transmissions.
Information
This issue usually occurs when faxes fail during the delivery process and result in a partial transmission.
FaxMaker sends data in a compressed .tiff file. Although this is less than ideal, the application is designed to take any data received and send it to the intended recipient, be it partial information.
This design intends to supply as much information as possible while allowing the recipients to reach out to the senders for resending the fax, therefore, it's not possible to change such behavior.
