How to Identify

Customer using etherFAX -Has more faxes in the queue than lines available -Not all lines being utilized

Workaround / Fix Details

Create a new registry key in the following location: (32 bit) HKLM\Software\GFI Fax & Voice\FAXmaker\Config (64 bit) HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\GFI Fax & Voice\FAXmaker\Config DWORD value named 'OnlineNumThreads' then assign it a value equal to the number of lines the customer has
