- Dialogic no longer supports any SDK prior to 6.7.0 (provided with GFI FaxMaker 2014).
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 is supported by GFI FaxMaker but is not supported by Dialogic for SDK 6.7.x.
Process
You can use the Dialogic Brooktrout TR1034 drivers to configure GFI FaxMaker with Dialogic Brooktrout fax over IP (FoIP). To perform this task, please follow the steps below:

From the Windows Start menu, navigate to Dialogic Brooktrout TR1034 Drivers and open the Brooktrout Configuration Tool.

The Configure IP Stack window is displayed when you launch the configuration tool for the first time.
Select the protocol supported by your device.

In the BTCall Parameters (All Boards) section, select the required country.

Navigate to Call Control Parameters > Module 0x2: TR1034+P8V8FH-E1-1N > Global Settings and select IP from the Call Control Type dropdown.

In the Ethernet/IP Port tab:

Select the appropriate IP Call Control Module (SIP or H.323).

Enter the IP Address of the card.
Note: The Brooktrout FoIP card needs to have a dedicated IP address (different from the IP of the server hosting the card). -
Enter the IP Netmask.

- Configure the IP Parameters.

If you are using SIP, navigate to IP Call Control Modules > SIP > IP Parameters.

In the sip_Contact field, enter the IP and port of the workstation hosting the Brooktrout Card.

In the sip_default_gateway field, enter the IP of the server acting as a router.
Note: In both cases, you should use the port5060
.

If you are using H.323, navigate to IP Call Control Modules > H.323 > IP Parameters.
Enter the IP address of the gateway that is used for outbound calls in the h323_default_gateway field.
The default port for an H.323 gateway is1720
.

When setting up the VOIP gateway, configure the routing of incoming faxes to the IP address that is used by the NIC card on the GFI FaxMaker server.
