Overview
Upgrading FaxMaker to the latest version results in the following error:
Error 1722: Upgrading User Management... Failed.
In the Install logs, you will see the error 1722 similar to the following:

CustomAction UpgradeUserManagement returned actual error code 1 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

If you scroll further in the logs, Error 1603 is also displayed.
Root Cause
The Fax Service account connects to AD and Error 1603 means there are permission issues with the account.
Resolution
Ensure that you are using a 'Domain Admin' account. If the customer is already using 'Domain Admin' account, have the customer try other 'Domain Admin' account or create a new one.
Confirmation
The customer must be able to upgrade GFI FaxMaker to the latest version successfully.
