Overview
This article describes how to resolve an issue that occurs when configuring FaxMaker to archive faxes to GFI Archiver.
DIagnosis
The following error will be shown:
Solution
GFI Archiver is configured to connect using SSL; however, the SSL Policy Certificate is not validated by GFI FaxMaker.
Add a registry key to ignore SSL errors:

Press Ctrl + R.

Enter
regedit.exeand click OK. -
Navigate to the following location:

32 bit:
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\GFI Fax & Voice\FAXmaker\Config -
64 bit:
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Wow6432Node\GFI Fax & Voice\FAXmaker\Config

Create a key named
IgnoreSSLPolicyErrorsand set the value of the key as1.
