Overview
Emails sent to faxmaker.com may be blocked by the Directory Harvesting module of GFI MailEssentials. Read the following sections to learn why this issue occurs and how you can troubleshoot it.

Root Cause
The domain faxmaker.com was added as a local inbound domain which triggered GFI MailEssentials to scan those emails.
Process
- Open GFI MailEssentials Configuration.
- Right-click General Settings.
- Navigate to Settings > Local Domains.
- Remove
faxmaker.comfrom the list. - Select Apply to save changes.
