PROBLEM

OCR routing cannot be enabled since there is no OCR tab under the routing options available. The GFI FaxMaker configuration may display the following errors:

Could not initialize OCR module
The GFI FaxMaker OCR-Engine was installed, however it is disabled, because you have no license for this engine...

SOLUTION

Please verify if the correct license key has been used and if it includes the OCR feature. If not, please contact sales@gfisoftware.de in order to verify and (if required) to upgrade the license key.

CAUSE

An incorrect licence key or a license key (without OCR feature) was entered in the GFI FaxMaker configuration.
