On the Create Exchange e-mail address stage of the new contact wizard, click on the Modify button and choose SMTP Address.
-
Enter the fax number into the Email address field in the format:
<number>@faxmaker.com
. For example234342342@faxmaker.com
-
Finish creating the contact.
-
Test the contact using Outlook by selecting the GAL contact entry from the address book.
-
Ensure that the fax server is sending the fax correctly by checking the status of the fax using the GFI FaxMaker Monitor.
