Overview
A blank database may be required for new archiving or migrating information from a previous database. This article provides instructions for creating a new blank SQL Database for Archiving in GFI FaxMaker.
Process

Enable Archiving from GFI FaxMaker Configuration.
Right-Click Archiving Node and Select Properties. -
In the Archive to Database tab, click Enable Database Archiving.
Click Setup database.

Select the SQL Server, enter SA database credentials, and under Select Database, enter a name for the new database.
Click Test. -
If the test is successful, you should get a message:
The database does not exist. Do you want to create it now?
Click Yes.

You should receive a message:
Database test succeeded.
Click OK.

Click OK in the Database Configuration window to close it.
Click OK in the Archiving Properties window to close it. -
You should receive a message:
The FaxMaker Attendant Service must be restarted for the new settings to take effect.
Do you want to restart the service now?
Click Yes.
Confirmation
You can confirm that the database was created in SQL management software, like SQL Server Management Studio. You should be able to find the database with the name you entered in step 4.
