Answer
GFI FaxMaker has the ability to auto-print outgoing faxes and/or their associated outgoing fax report. This can be configured to occur if the fax transmission was successful or unsuccessful. To configure:
- Ensure you are logged in with the account running the GFI FaxMaker services and that this account has the desired printer installed on it with full permissions
- Launch the GFI FaxMaker Configuration

Select Sending/Receiving Options > Properties

To print the image of the fax with no transmission report:
- Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing Faxes

Select Setup printers...
- It is suggested to setup a printer for each paper size

To print a copy of the transmission report along with fax image:
- Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing fax reports

Select Setup printers...
- Using this option will print the information included in the Transmission Report along with thumbnails of the original fax image.
- The number of pages can be limited by configuring the Maximum number of pages to print:
- Select the 'Print Setup' button to configure your desired printer for output of the report

To print the image of the fax with no transmission report:
- Select OK on each of the windows to save settings
- Restart the GFI FaxMaker Services for the changes to take effect
