Improvements

Resolves
- Fax resolution settings may not work for analog fax lines.
- RTF control sequences are rendered on the final fax image.
- GFI FaxMaker Server service may crash on shutdown.
- UI may become unresponsive for some time when configuring the lines in the Configuration Wizard.
NOTE: This is the last release in which Brooktrout TR114 cards are supported. These cards are no longer supported by their manufacturer.
Installation Requirements
- If installing on Microsoft IIS SMTP (x86), Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, then Microsoft IIS with SMTP Service installed is required.
- If installing on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010, Exchange 2007/2010 Hub Transport Server Role must be present.
