Confirm the customer is using etherFAX
Gather logs:
-Check the etherfaxstatuschecker log for the following error
#00000e8c","#00000d64","info ","EtherFaxStatusChecker","Unread fax found, status result:21Workaround / Fix Details
Open a case with etherFAX support (support@etherfax.net)
Advise them that there is a fax stuck in the queue with status result 21 that needs to be removedRequired Actions
Notify PSG that you have a case with this issue and they will provide the next step
