When you run the troubleshooter for a GFI FaxMaker or other GFI applications you get the following error:
The support folder cannot be cleared.
- GFI FaxMaker
- All GFI Products
- All Supported Environments
There may be a file in use or marked as read-only in the support folder or the troubleshooter wizard requires elevated credentials.
The following steps help you fix this issue.
- Manually delete the contents of the support folder before running the 'troubleshooter wizard'.
- If applicable, run the 'troubleshooter wizard' as the administrator.
The troubleshooter wizard for the GFI FaxMaker and other GFI applications run successfully.
