Overview
This article provides instructions for configuring the mail server to use when FaxMaker sends email transmission reports and other admin emails.
Environment
All FaxMaker installations.
Solution

From Programs, access the FaxMaker Configuration, select Email2FaxGateway and select Properties.

From the SMTP Connector tab, configure the following options:

To ensure that GFI FaxMaker can send email through the configured mail server, enter an email address that is on the mail server specified and click Send test email.
- Click OK.
- From the services.msc, restart the FaxMaker services.
Confirmation
Ensure that the test email is received in the mailbox that was tested.
