Overview

The FaxMaker web client printer allows printing of a document and sends it to the web client as an attachment.  In some builds prior to 20.2, this feature would allow the attachment to be sent to the web client but when send is selected, the fax is not sent.  The send button does not work when there is an attachment present.  This article provides instructions for resolving this issue.  

Environment

FaxMaker builds prior to 20.2.  

Solution

This issue was fixed in FaxMaker build 20.2 and an upgrade to this build or higher will resolve the issue.
