The purpose of this article is to provide the steps to take when you have migrated the FaxMaker installation and the FaxMaker Configuration does not open.
Any FaxMaker installation.
When the configuration cannot be accessed, there is usually something corrupted in one or more of the configuration files. You most likely see this after a migration, which will usually consist of an upgrade. A clean reinstallation using the reinstalling FaxMaker article will allow access to the Faxmaker Configuration again but will require manually configuring FaxMaker as the working clean reinstallation shows the previous configuration was no longer usable.
Upon completion of the reinstallation and manual reconfiguration, the FaxMaker Configuration will be accessable.
