Solution
The easiest way to determine the CPU architecture of your FaxMaker server is to look at the installation path of FaxMaker. The default installation paths are listed below.
- C:\Program Files\GFI\FaxMaker (32 Bit)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\FaxMaker (64 Bit)
If you find your installation path is not the default path, please use this Microsoft article to determine if your FaxMaker server is 32 or 64 bit. The article uses client operating systems as an example, but the steps will convey to the server operating systems as well.
