You may notice that sending faxes to your own area code is unreliable, with faxes failing and not being consistently delivered.
The solution for this issue may be dependent on your telephony system. It means that some testing with the dialing options will be required to get to the right configuration so that conversations between FaxMaker and the phone system occur without bumps.
Test sending faxes with and without the area code in front of the problematic numbers, and also with and without the country code before the area code.
According to the results of such tests, set up the FaxMaker Dialing Options to, for example, enforce or remove the use of the area code when dialing a number. Some phone systems will require the full number to be called, while others may be more permissive, e.g (123) 456-7890 (with are code) vs. 456-7890 (without).
