Overview
You may have many queued faxes waiting to be sent and would like to adjust the priority of those faxes, either lowering or heightening it.
By changing the priority of faxes in the queue from Normal to Low, or alternatively setting some of them individually from Normal to High or Very High you could prioritize the transmission of more relevant items.
Solution
Setting fax priority is typically done when sending the fax from Outlook or from the client. If you can identify which faxes are of the highest priority, you could add the TextAPI command to the body of those faxes to set them to a high priority.
You could also use the method from the Reprocessing Faxes Stuck in the "FaxMaker\out\pending" Folder article. After moving all of the faxes to a temporary pending folder, move the most important back to the pending folder for processing. When those are completed, copy the remaining items back to the pending folder.
