This has been observed when using Brooktrout devices.
The situation with call duration 0 may be improved by:
- Upgrading both FaxMaker and Brooktrout drivers.
- In the faxMaker Configuration Tool, go to Line Options and set the Max. resolution to Fine (200x200) and the Max. speed to 14400 bps.
Note: In similar reported cases, the situation persisted because of upstream issues. Those would need to be verified by the telephony providers.
