The purpose of this article is to provide information about who to contact when needing a replacement fax device and what type to order.

Information

When in need of a new fax device, whether the existing one is failing or it is an add on or a new installation, your reseller would be the first person to reach out to for ordering information.  

If this is a replacement board, the following parameters must match the old fax device.  If this is not a replacement, ensure the following parameters are compatible with your server and your system:

• The interface with the fax server, USB, PCIE, PCI for example.  
• The interface with the PSTN network and protocol, analog, ISDN TI, ISDN E1, IP, for example.
