'Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object' Error Received When Using FaxMaker with NextGen Software

Overview

The purpose of this article is to provide a resolution to the error 'Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object' when using FaxMaker in conjunction with NextGen EHR Software.  

 

 

Environment

Any FaxMaker installation using integration with NextGen EHR software.  

 

 

Solution

After working with NextGen on this error, this is not an error generated by Faxmaker.  Please work with NextGen support to resolve this issue.  

 

 

Confirmation

Once resolving the issue with NextGen support, FaxMaker will operate correctly.
