Overview

When sending faxes using an online fax service, you may receive the error "Not Enough Credit".  This article provides the next steps to take when this error is encountered.  

Information

When the error "Not Enough Credit" appears, this means the balance on the account is below the minimum amount required to send the fax which is being attempted. 

For example, Your balance is $2.00 and you pay $0.10 per page.  You attempt a 30 page fax and it will fail due to not enough credit since this fax would cost $3.00 to send.  Immediately following this you send a 10 page fax, and it will go through since it will cost only $1.00.  

If you receive this error, contacting your GFI Authorized Resellers and Distributors will allow you to add credit/pages to your account and resume normal faxing.
