Answer
GFI FaxMaker has the ability to auto-print outgoing faxes and/or their associated outgoing fax report. This can be configured to occur if the fax transmission was successful or unsuccessful.  To configure:

  - Ensure you are logged in with the account running the GFI FaxMaker services and that this account has the desired printer installed on it with full permissions
- Launch the GFI FaxMaker Configuration
- Select Sending/Receiving Options > Properties
      - To print the image of the fax with no transmission report:
          - Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing Faxes
- Select Setup printers...
              - It is suggested to setup a printer for each paper size

- To print a copy of the transmission report along with fax image:
          - Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing fax reports
- Select Setup printers...
              - Using this option will print the information included in the Transmission Report along with thumbnails of the original fax image.
