Overview

The purpose of this article is to provide information pertaining to why the html coverpages in the FaxMaker coverpge folder are not visible in the Coverpages node in the FaxMaker Configuration.  

 

 

Environment

Any FaxMaker installation.

 

 

Solution

Cause

Anytime this issue has been seen, it has been caused by one of the following:

Lack of permissions to the files in the folder

Antivirus exclusions not configured on the FaxMaker folders.  

 

Solution Steps

Lack of permissions:

Verify you are logged in as a domain admin account or an account that meets the service account requirements.  

Also, verify the FaxMaker service accounts meet the same requirements.  

 

 Antivirus exclusions:

The system requirements for installing FaxMaker article contains the information required for the folders to set for the antivirus exclusions.  

 

 

Confirmation

After verifying the proper permissions are in place and antivirus exclusions are set, the HTML coverpages will be visible in the FaxMaker Configuration.
