A Single Excel Sheet Is Duplicate into Several Pages by the FaxMaker Printer

Overview

A Microsoft Excel document with a single sheet is converted into a fax page with multiple pages with the same content.  This article provides a resolution for this issue.  

 

Solution

The Printer Properties of the document determines how many times the single excel sheet should be converted into a fax file.

  1. Open the document in Microsoft Excel.

  2. Navigate to File > Print > Printer Properties.

  3. Verify the field Number of copies is set to 1. If otherwise, set the value to 1.
