This article provides a list of possible errors, which occur when FaxMaker attempts to convert the files that were sent.  Each article addresses a different issue depending on the attachment file type or when no attachment is used.  

Error '1701: Document Conversion Timeout'

The following errors may be encountered when a document conversion times out:  

• The Error: Attachment Conversion Failed: 1701 is Given When Sending Microsoft Office Documents as Attachments
• Error '1701: Document Conversion Timeout' when Sending PDF Files
• Error '1701: Document Conversion timeout' when Sending Faxes
