Overview

The purpose of this article is to provide instructions to resolve the issue of the FaxMaker fax server service crashing consistently when using FaxMaker Online in conjunction with FaxMaker.  

 

 

Environment

Any FaxMaker installation using FaxMaker Online as an online fax service account.  

 

 

Solution

This issue was isolated to version 19 which is no longer a supported version.

An upgrade to version 20 or higher will resolve the issue.  

Use the How to Upgrade FaxMaker article to upgrade FaxMaker to a supported version.  

 

 

Confirmation

After upgrading your FaxMaker installation to version 20 or higher, the FaxMaker services will be stable.
