Why is the Reporting Tab Missing From the FaxMaker Web Interface?

This article provides an explanation for why the reporting tab can be missing when logged into the FaxMaker web interface and how to resolve this issue.  

 

 

Solution

In order to see the reporting tab and generate reports via the FaxMaker web interface, the user logged in must be a fax administrator within the GFI FaxMaker configuration.

Follow these steps to verify your user login is on the fax administrator list: 

  1. From Programs, open the GFI FaxMaker Configuration

  2. Expand Advanced

  3. Select Fax administrators

Here you can review the current fax administrators and ensure your login is on the list. 

When reviewing the fax administrators, you can add a new fax administrator if required by clicking the New button and entering the user name of the user you would like to add.
