Overview

After a FaxMaker upgrade, including Brooktrout drivers, the following error is encountered:

Incompatible driver version detected

Solution

The upgrade has replaced Dialogic Brooktrout drivers but a reboot can be required to complete the driver installation.  

In some instances, the Brooktrout drivers will need to be reinstalled, but this is not common.  

Confirmation

After the server is rebooted, FaxMaker is upgraded successfully.
