Overview

This article provides information about the logs generated while sending a fax using the Fax Server service. This information can be used to troubleshoot potential issues. 

The information is gathered from the log file faxserver.gfi_log.txt.

1. The start and completion of the document conversion process are shown below.

2. The pre-transmission processing of the fax is completed successfully.

3. The fax is ready to be sent.
   
4. The fax is dequeued, archived and the transmission report is created and sent to the FaxMaker\in folder for the Message Transfer Agent Service to process.
