This article provides information about how you can send a fax without sending a Coverpage.

Information

Sending faxes without a coverpage can be achieved in several ways which are listed below.  There are some sending methods in which you cannot disable the coverpage per fax and so the coverpages will have to be disabled if that is required.  

Disabling Coverpages

Review the Enabling Coverpages article to disable coverpages.  This is a global change and with this setting, all faxes will be sent without coverpages.  

Sending Faxes Via Email

On the first line of the email body, add the following:

::C=none

This will prevent a cover page from being sent on that fax. This must be done on each Fax to be sent without a coverpage.

Sending Faxes Via API

The FaxMaker APIs have specific commands for coverpages.  Setting this to equal none, as seen above in sending faxes via email,  This is the textAPI command which sets "turns off" the coverpage for the specific fax.  Review the FaxMaker APIs article to find the coverpage command for each API.  

Just like with sending faxes via email, if the API control file is changed for no coverpage, it will be for that specific fax only.
