Overview

The purpose of this article is to provide information about how FaxMaker handles disabled users in an Active Directory environment.  

Environment

Any FaxMaker installation installed in an Active Directory Environment.

Solution

If a disabled user is listed in the FaxMaker Configuration as a Licensed user or in a group that is in Licensed users, this user will be counted toward the licensing count for users.  Currently, there is no way to change or adjust this in FaxMaker settings.  

These users will have to be removed from Licensed users or the Active Directory group, or additional user licenses will be required.
