Solution

Although we don't like to see anyone go, if you do need to cancel any subscriptions or close any accounts, we try to make this process as easy as possible.  

Any licenses purchased through a GFI reseller will just expire and no further input is required from the customer.  This is the same with any subscriptions with any online fax services, such as Etherfax or FaxMaker Online.  You can contact your reseller or contact GFI Sales at any point in time to confirm the information listed above.
