This article provides information about support options for customers with FaxMaker licenses that are no longer valid.  

Information

The following criteria must be met before support can be given:

• A valid (not expired) license is required.  GFI does not allow single support incidents but only support with a valid license.  
• Having a supported version of the software installed.
