Overview

This article provides information about how to receive a quote to renew your FaxMaker license.  Once the license is renewed, upgrading to the latest version will be possible.

Solution

GFI Software uses a reseller system to sell all of its software and associated licenses.  When making purchases, whether they be new purchases or renewals of licenses, contacting a reseller will be required.  If you have any issues at all contacting a reseller, contacting GFI Sales will be the next point of contact.  

Once you have been able to make the purchase needed, you can then proceed to install or upgrade FaxMaker.
